Outside, nestled in the landscaped gardens, a large 18-metre swimming area was designed for entertaining and relaxing with a shaded terrace/ chill-out area, along with an outdoor grill, fully-equipped summer kitchen, and wood-fired pizza oven, with an exterior dining area set among the trees, and surrounded by well-tended lawns and mature garden areas. It has a tourist license.
