About 50 meters away there are beautiful views over Mahon harbour with a descent directly down to the port. The property is distributed over 4 floors, with a total of 23 rooms. On the ground floor is the reception, a dining room, a bar, a lounge, the kitchen area and one room. There are 19 rooms for rental management that are located on the first and second floors, distributed mainly as doubles, with some singles and a triple. All have their full bathroom, air conditioning and central heating. On the top floor there are 3 more rooms, some currently in use as laundry. The large roof terrace has ample views of the old town and the port of Mahón.
