We showcase a designer house in Cala Morell<\/strong>, one of the least known coves in Menorca and, at the same time, one of the most beautiful because of its untamed appearance. The small beach of this cove, just 50 metres long, conceals one of the most impressive underwater seascapes on the island<\/strong>. A paradise for diving and snorkeling.<\/p>\n

In this cove the houses maintain a very uniform Mediterranean style: all of them are white, with sloping roofs and traditional woodwork<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The house is a magnificent designer villa on the waterfront with 270m\u00b2 built area on a plot of 1,100m\u00b2 with breathtaking views<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It is distributed over two floors: on the ground floor we have a large open plan area with kitchen-dining room and lounge, a guest cloakroom, a pantry, a large master suite with dressing room, and a garage, and on the first floor two bedrooms with terrace and sea views and a full bathroom. Outside there is an arid garden with native plants, a terrace and a swimming pool that we can bathe in while contemplating the sea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
